On Dividing Currency Reserves, Embassies and other Succession Issues

We discussed with Sir Arthur Watts, international mediator for succession to the former Yugoslavia, those issues in succession and property division that could get resolved first. The basic goal of his visit to Slovenia and subsequently to other succession countries is to establish the method of resolving the problems concerning all five sides, including the Serbs. It is vital we start resolving the problems, Miran Mejak, head of the Slovene delegation for succession told after the two-day talks with Sir Arthur Watts.
