Elan Bidder Seeking Tie-up with Alpina
New York, 24 February - One of the two bidders for sports goods maker Elan, a Slovenian-owned US company, plans to leverage the purchase to consolidate the Slovenian winter sports industry with a tie-up with Alpina, another old winter sports flagship that is now on the verge of survival.
