Ljubljana, 24 February - EU milk quotas will be abolished in April, which is expected to lead to major upsets on the market as big farms that can afford lower margins grab market share from smallholders. Slovenia has been looking to China as a market with vast potential, but economists warn that this is a difficult proposition.
