Supreme Court Repeals Landmark Anti-Graft Report Incriminating Janša

Ljubljana, 26 February - The Supreme Court has repealed a 2013 decision by the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption that played a key role in the downfall of the Janez Janša government the same year. The court, which did not rule on the merits of the case, found that the commission had overstepped its powers.
