Top Court President Says PM Should Defend Judiciary

Koper, 27 February - Constitutional Court president Miroslav Mozetič rejected in an interview for the daily Primorske novice on Friday allegations that the court's judges were politically biased. The senate's only guide is the Constitution, said Mozetič. He also criticised PM Miro Cerar, an acclaimed jurist, for failing to defend the judiciary.
