Delo Confident There Will Be No Second Track to Koper Port

Ljubljana, 28 February - The daily Delo says in a commentary on Saturday that reading between the lines of official government and ministry messages and information coming from unofficial centres of decision making lead to the firm conclusion that the Koper-Divača second railway track project will not materialise.
