Paper Sees Časar Case Showing Police Active But Often Powerless

Koper, 3 March - The daily Primorske novice describes on Tuesday the arrest of Robert Časar, the convicted former chairman of port operator Luka Koper who was hiding in the Dominican Republic, as a great success for Slovenian police, but adds that things could have easily ended differently.
