Court of Audit Finds Shortcomings at Bad Bank
Ljubljana, 4 March - Slovenia's state auditor had found wide-ranging shortcomings in the establishment of the Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC) and the subsequent transfer of toxic assets to it from ailing commercial banks.
