Ljubljana, 5 March - It will be cloudy on Thursday but most of the country will be dry, while a strong northerly to north-easterly wind will blow inland and a strong bora in the coastal region of Primorsko. Morning lows will range from -1 to 3 degrees Celsius, while daytime highs will stand between 4 and 8 degrees, up to 12 in Primorsko.
