Koper, 5 March - Slovenia has finally decided to equalise same-sex partnerships with marriage in terms of rights and obligations, but even before it gets enacted in full, this fragile right is under threat of being squashed in a referendum, the regional daily Primorske novice says in Thursday's commentary.
