Transparency Better than New Rules, Minister Says About Use of Public Funds

Ljubljana, 8 March - Public Administration Minister Boris Koprivnikar has said that new rules governing how public funds are spent will not do as much to prevent abuse as transparency, as he commented on calls for stricter controls in the wake of reports about hundreds of millions spent in the public sector on service contracts.
