Ljubljana, 9 March - The first congress of the ruling Party of Miro Cerar (SMC) dedicated to a name change was to confirm that the SMC is a modern and democratic party striving for a higher level of political culture. But the Saturday congress proved the exact opposite, the daily Dnevnik comments on Monday.
