Top Court Not Surprised with Poor Judiciary Independence Perception

Ljubljana, 10 March - The Supreme Court is not surprised that Slovenia's justice system fares poorly in terms of perceived independence given how some politicians portray the judiciary, the court said in a response to an EU overview that showed trust in the justice system had been decreasing for years.
