Kofola Plans to Buy Out Small Shareholders of Radenska

Ljubljana, 20 March - Czech group Kofola has published a takeover intent for the 13% of mineral water producer Radenska that it does not already own. The formal takeover bid will be published within 30 days, according to Friday's notification.
