MPs Expected to Appoint New Education Minister, Back Reform Banking Act

Ljubljana, 27 March - The National Assembly is expected to appoint on Friday Klavdija Markež, an MP of the ruling Modern Centre Party (SMC), education. The MPs will also vote on the reform banking act which transposes new EU rules imposing stricter capital adequacy requirements, as well new rules on risk management and bank oversight.
