MPs Vote to Ban Gay Marriage Referendum

Ljubljana, 26 March - The National Assembly confirmed a bill Thursday that bans a referendum on legislative changes enacting gay marriage on grounds that it violates constitutional provision which prohibits popular votes on human rights.
