Slovenia Marking 25 Years Since First Multi-Party Elections

Ljubljana, 6 April - On 8 April, Slovenia will mark 25 years since the first multi-party elections were held in the country after World War II, at which the Democratic Opposition of Slovenia (DEMOS) celebrated victory to pave the way for Slovenia's independence from Yugoslavia a year later.
