Reform Copyright Bill Gutted

Ljubljana, 31 March - The Economy Ministry was planning a reform of the copyright act with a focus on how the much criticised collective rights organisations work. But now it has decided to backtrack and only amend the legislation with provisions on orphan works as required by EU regulations.
