Grounds Given for Gay Marriage Referendum Ban Challenge

Ljubljana, 3 April - The group seeking a referendum against a law enacting full equality for gay couples petitioned the Constitutional Court last night to quash the parliament-imposed referendum ban on procedural and substantive grounds.
