Slovenia to Campaign with UN for World Honeybee Day

Lukovica, 10 April - Slovenia will start campaigning for the United Nations to designate 20 May World Honeybee Day after the government has recently supported a respective initiative by the Slovenian Beekeepers' Association. Confident that the bid will succeed, officials expect the day could be declared by the first half of 2017.
