Ex-Merkur CEO Will Try to Reach Plea Deal with Prosecution
Ljubljana, 13 April - Bine Kordež, the former CEO of hardware retailer Merkur, has told the daily Delo that he will try to reach a plea agreement with the prosecution before a retrial in his business fraud case. The retrial was ordered by the Supreme Court in December following the suspension of Kordež's six and a half year prison sentence.
