Lone Bidder for Telekom Slovenije

Ljubljana, 13 April - Only one company has filed a binding bid for the purchase of a 75.58% stake in Slovenian telecoms incumbent Telekom Slovenije by the deadline on Monday, with reports indicating it is UK private equity fund Cinven.
