Govt to Discuss Companies Act Changes, Telekom Sale

Ljubljana, 16 April - The government will discuss Thursday amendments to the companies act that tighten provisions on the incorporation of companies. A discussion on further steps regarding the sale of Telekom Slovenije after a sole binding bid has been made is also expected to be on the agenda.
