Food Company Žito Sold to Croatia's Podravka

Ljubljana, 21 April - A majority stake in Žito, one of Slovenia's biggest food companies, was sold to Croatian food group Podravka for EUR 33m or EUR 180.1 per share on Tuesday, as the privatisation of 15 companies from the government 2013 list continues.
