Government Adopts Amended Companies Act

Ljubljana, 22 April - The government adopted at Wednesday's session amendments to the companies act that tighten provisions on the incorporation of companies and introduce curbs on the incorporation of firms to prevent the chain incorporation of entities that often leads to asset stripping.
