Activists Says Proposed ISDS Changes in TTIP Cosmetic

Ljubljana, 7 May - An activist from the environmental NGO Umanotera has warned that the proposed reform of the investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism as part of the planned Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) is only a cosmetic correction and that the ISDS does not belong in the agreement.
