Africa Conference Stresses Need to Leverage Aid to Tackle Refugee Crisis

Ljubljana, 19 May - A conference on relations with Africa heard calls Tuesday for a refocusing of development aid towards business incentives that would help African economies grow and in effect stem the tide of refugees flowing mainly into Europe.
