Slovenia Wants EU to Protect Small Audiovisual Service Providers

Brussels, 19 May - Culture Minister Julijana Bizjak Mlakar called in Brussels on Tuesday for changes to the EU directive on audiovisual services to prevent unfair competition and protect small providers of audiovisual services. The minister believes the directive should promote cultural and linguistic diversity of the EU.
