MPs Remain on Opposite Banks Regarding State Prosecutor General

Ljubljana, 22 May - Repeated calls by the opposition Democrats (SDS) and New Slovenia (NSi) for the resignation of State Prosecutor General Zvonko Fišer over corruption allegations dominated a session of parliament on Friday. Centre-left parties stayed out of the debate for the most part, stressing a decision of the Prosecution Council was still pending.
