Geoplin Successfully Appeals Anti-Trust Decision

Ljubljana, 1 June - Geoplin, the biggest supplier of natural gas in Slovenia, has successfully challenged the January anti-trust decision issued against it by the Competition Protection Agency. The Administrative Court has ordered the agency to repeat the procedure in which it had established Geoplin was abusing its dominant position.
