Strasbourg Court Rules Bank Suit Against Croatia Inadmissible

Strasbourg, 4 June - The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg has ruled that the case brought by the defunct Ljubljanska banka against Croatia for the repayment of debt owed by the IPK sugar factory in Osijek is inadmissible because the bank was state-owned.
