BAMC Defends Decision to Seize Sava Hotels, Announce Appeal

Ljubljana, 5 June - The Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC) will challenge the temporary injunction ordering it to return all confiscated hotels of tourism company Sava Turizem, CEO Torbjörn Mansson has announced, while defending the BAMC's decision by saying that hotels could not be managed properly by an indebted holding.
