Cinven Understands Its Telekom Bid Has Not Been Accepted

Ljubljana, 11 June - The UK-based private equity fund Cinven understands that the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) has not accepted its bid for the acquisition of nearly 75% of Telekom Slovenije because it understands amendments an integral part of the offer.
