Terme Čatež Sells Bosnian Spa Operator as Part of Deleveraging

Ljubljana, 23 June - Slovenian spa operator Terme Čatež has sold its 90% stake in Terme Ilidža, the operator of spas in the eastern Sarajevo suburb of Ilidža, as part of financial restructuring agreed with creditor banks.
