Deal between Govt and Municipalities Proving Elusive

Ljubljana, 29 June - The government and representatives of the 212 municipalities in Slovenia failed to reach an agreement on the local government funding cuts being proposed by the government for the second half of the year at Monday's meeting. A fresh round of talks is scheduled for next week.
