Parliament Confirms Tweaks to Prison Enforcement Act

Ljubljana, 9 July - Parliament confirmed changes to the criminal sentences enforcement act, which stiffens conditions for the postponement of a prison sentence, enhance legal safety of convicts and deals with red tape. The opposition Democrats (SDS) was the only party against the changes as it believes they have been written for a specific person.
