MPs Pass Changes to Companies Act Targeting Unfair Practices

Ljubljana, 13 July - The National Assembly passed on Monday in a 83-0 vote amendments to the companies act that tighten provisions on the incorporation of companies and introduce curbs to prevent the chain incorporation of entities. The main purpose of the motion is to prevent unfair business practices.
