Public Procurement Bill Adopted

Ljubljana, 23 July - The cabinet confirmed Thursday a new public procurement bill that will seek to boost the focus in selection on the most economically favourable bid considering a broader range of criteria than merely price while also tweaking the system to prevent abuse.
