Ljubljana, 23 July - The Slovenian member of the arbitration tribunal ruling on the border between Slovenia and Croatia Jernej Sekolec and a country's advocate in the procedure, Simona Drenik, resigned a day after phone recordings showing they were coordinating their actions were released. Croatia is thinking of pulling away from the arbitration process.
