Ljubljana, 27 July - Slovenia and Croatia are dealing will the consequences of the border arbitration leaks scandal each in its own way, with Ljubljana trying to appoint a new member of the arbitration tribunal and Zagreb trying to rescind the 2009 border arbitration treaty.
