Bad Bank Takes Over Eggs Producer Meja

Šentjur, 3 August - Meja, the Štenjur-based eggs and fruit producer, is being taken over by the Bank Assets Management Company. Together with the Poštna banka postal bank, the bad bank will provide a EUR 25,000 capital contribution to be followed up by a raise of basic capital of to up to EUR 1.1m via a debt to equity conversion.
