Slovenia Top in ECHR Report by Human Rights Violation Rate

Ljubljana, 18 August - The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has established human rights violations in 304 cases against Slovenia so far, the highest rate per capita among all 47 Council of Europe countries. The Human Rights Ombudsman assessed that while the data was "telling", it did not automatically mean Slovenia was among the worst human rights violators.
