Ljubljana, 28 August - More than 40 projects by Slovenian and foreign artists will be featured at the 31st Ljubljana Biennial of Graphic Arts, which gets under way tonight. Organisers have announced an eclectic programme as well as many references to the history of the Biennial that is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year.
