Steel Group SIJ to Take Over Perutnina Ptuj
Ptuj, 31 August - The shareholders of poultry producer Perutnina Ptuj gave the green light on Monday to a EUR 40m capital increase by steel producer SIJ. Since it is going to get a 46% stake in the company, the Russian-owned Slovenian steell company will have to publish a takeover bid.
