Economist Rubbishes OECD Inland Terminal Proposal

Ljubljana, 11 September - Jože P. Damijan, one of two economists commissioned by the port operator Luka Koper to compile a feasibility study on a second rail track to the Divača hub, has labelled the OECD proposal for an inland terminal as an alternative to the costly second track project a "costly nonsense" in his blog.
