Report: Elan Returns EUR 10M in Illegal State Aid
Ljubljana, 11 September - Sports equipment manufacturer Elan has returned EUR 10m in state aid that was ruled as illegal by the European Commission in 2012, the business daily Finance reported on Friday quoting unofficial sources. The funds have been reportedly secured by the two private funds that recently purchased Elan from state-controlled companies.
