Ljubljana, 2 October - While Slovenia's top officials were in New York for the annual meeting of world leaders where Syria and the refugee crisis ranked high on agenda, the country was building capacities in expectation of a new inflow of migrants. The country also welcomed news that the arbitration tribunal is complete again.
