Average Slovenian generated 433 kg of municipal waste in 2014

Ljubljana, 10 October - A total of 4.7 million tonnes of various waste was generated in Slovenia last year, including 892,000 tonnes of municipal waste, with the latter representing a 5% increase on the year before. A citizen of Slovenia generated 433 kilos of municipal waste on average, of which 3.3 kilos was hazardous waste.
