Municipalities Turn to Constitutional Court Over Funding

Ljubljana, 8 October - Slovenia's city municipalities have requested a constitutional review of provisions governing the setting of the per capita rate of state funding for local government. The issue is the subject of ongoing dispute between the government and municipalities, including in budget negotiations for the coming years.
