Ljubljana, 9 October - While the head of the International Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) believes that the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet getting the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize is an encouragement for peace and democracy in the Middle East, reporter Ervin Hladnik Milharčić is critical, claiming this is a result of a lack of credible candidates.
